Booking Policy

We aim to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all clients. Please take a moment to review our booking policy before scheduling your appointment.


Consultations

If you’re unsure which treatment is best suited for you, or if you have any medical concerns, we highly recommend booking a consultation before making any treatment appointments. This ensures you receive the most suitable treatment and avoids any contraindications that could affect your eligibility for certain procedures.


Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your appointment slot. The deposit amount will be applied to the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable for online bookings, so please ensure you’re confident about your treatment choice before scheduling.


Late Arrivals

If you anticipate being late to your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you. However, if we are unable to fit you in due to time constraints, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will need to pay a new deposit to reschedule your appointment.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.


No Refunds for Online Bookings

Please note that no refunds will be issued for online bookings. We encourage all clients to book a consultation first to avoid any disappointment or scheduling errors.
