Booking Policy
We aim to provide a smooth, professional and enjoyable experience for every client at AesthetiCare Clinic. Please take a moment to read through our booking policy before scheduling your appointment.
Consultations
If you’re unsure which treatment is right for you, or if you have any medical concerns, we strongly recommend booking a consultation first.
A consultation ensures you receive the most suitable treatment and helps prevent contraindications that may affect your eligibility for certain procedures.
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
Please note:
Deposits are non-refundable for online bookings.
We encourage clients to be confident in their treatment choice before booking.
Late Arrivals
If you expect to arrive late, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate you; however:
If we cannot fit you into the schedule,
Or if the late arrival impacts other clients’ appointments,
Your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and plans can change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
No Refunds for Online Bookings
Please be aware that no refunds are issued for online bookings.
We recommend booking a consultation first if you are unsure which treatment you need.
